Terms of Use of LicenFlow

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By using LicenFlow, you agree to comply with these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use LicenFlow.
• These terms may be updated periodically, and your continued use of LicenFlow after any change constitutes your acceptance of said changes.

2. Use of LicenFlow

• LicenFlow is a platform for generating and managing your own software licenses.
• You commit to using LicenFlow only for legal purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Using LicenFlow for illegal, fraudulent activities or those that infringe upon the rights of third parties is prohibited.

3. License Generation and Management

• LicenFlow allows the generation of different types of licenses, adapted to your needs.
• You are responsible for the configuration and management of your licenses.
• LicenFlow provides tools for tracking and controlling licenses, but is not responsible for misuse of them by third parties.
• The client is solely responsible for the content of their licenses and for the use their clients make of them.
• Demo licenses are subject to the following restrictions:
  • Limited to one demo account per company
  • Intended for evaluation purposes only
  • Company information and IP address are verified to prevent abuse
  • Creating multiple demo accounts to circumvent these limitations is prohibited

4. Intellectual Property

• LicenFlow and its content are property of LicenFlow, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute or use the content of LicenFlow without express authorization.
• The client retains intellectual property of their licenses generated through LicenFlow.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments:

• The use of LicenFlow is subject to payment of established fees.
• Payments will be made according to the terms and conditions specified at the time of purchase.
• You agree to provide accurate and updated payment information.
• If a client does not pay for their license renewal, their access to the software will be automatically suspended.
• We will send you reminders before the due date to avoid interruptions.

Refunds:

• In case of requesting a refund of the amount paid, the client must request it within the first 15 days from the start of service.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the established refund policies.
• LicenFlow reserves the right to deny a refund if it is considered that the client has violated these terms of use.

6. Limitation of Liability

• LicenFlow is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
• LicenFlow is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of LicenFlow.
• LicenFlow does not guarantee that LicenFlow will be free of errors or interruptions.

7. Privacy

The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our privacy policy.

8. Termination

• LicenFlow may terminate your access to the LicenFlow service at any time, for any reason.
• You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Applicable Law

These terms of use are governed by the laws of Spain.
